- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of RBI.
- Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in the local language of the applied State, verified through a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) or 10th/12th standard marksheet.
